Kuji-In: The Transformational Approach

Kuji-In is an ancient ritual technique using the three mysteries of mudra, mantra and mandala as tools of self-transformation. The original and highest purpose of the Kuji-In path is the quest for knowing the truth about ourselves. It is a contemplation of higher principles, an application of noble behavior in our daily lives, and mental availability to perceive knowledge that is revealed from within. Implementing Kuji-In practices in your life helps you redefine your vision of the world around you, changing your perceptions so that you can perceive “what is”.

Mudra A mudra is a hand gesture (position) that is employed to bring into effect the flow of energies that terminate or start at the fingers.

Mantra A mantra is a single syllable (sound) or a complete prayer phrase that stimulates specific energy patterns within and around you.

Mandala A mandala is a visualization (thought) or image that engages the mind in active participation with a spiritual process.

The Mudra, Mantra and Mandala are part of a sacred knowledge called Qi-Gong, which means working with energy or energy practice. Using these three tools can enhance your entire spiritual experience and personal development – not through intellectual analysis but through actual experience.

Practice of each of the nine sets involves placing the hands in the mudra while continually repeating the mantra and focusing on a visualization. Each finger represents an aspect of our human and spiritual nature. Daily practice of the introductory methods will quickly enable you to feel better in body, heart and mind. Sincere and continued practice calls from within the power of your Spirit so it can project itself outwardly in your physical experience. The practices are described in the Kuji-In Trilogy available in our shop.
